What makes our buffer tube kit better than others?

The buffer tube itself is 7075-T6 impact extruded. This cold forging process results in a significant increase in strength vs. other manufacturing methods for buffer tubes. All the edges are machine deburred unlike many other buffer tubes with sharp “hot spots” that can catch, scratch, or cut, while manipulating the rifle. This is particularly important with our CRG-15 rifle grip. After machining they are bead blasted and hard coat anodized. The 2.9 oz standard weight buffer is ideal for mid-length gas systems and a 16" barrel chambered in 5.56/.223, but can be used with many rifle configurations. We have also included a custom ergonomic end plate which also works great with our CRG-15 rifle grip.
