Dealer Terms & Conditions
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Orders must be placed on our website with your account login.
- Order minimum: $200, all dealer orders. If the minimum is not met, dealer may be charged a handling fee of $20.
- No guarantees on same day shipping requests.
- All shipments are F.O.B. Shingle Springs, California.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Authorized Dealer Claims & Returns:
- No returns will be accepted without authorization. RMA# is required.
- All claims must be made within 10 days upon receiving the goods.
- Defective goods must be received within 10 days after the RMA# was issued.
- Returns must be in new sellable condition to avoid restocking fee.
- Other returns will be subject to 20% restocking fee with freight prepaid.
Sparrow Product Development, Inc. reserves the right to serve or refuse any application. These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous documented and undocumented terms.
Sparrow Product Development Minimum Advertised Price Policy
In order to protect the Sparrow Dynamics brand image and reputation for quality products, Sparrow Product Development has adopted a Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAP) for our products. This policy only concerns advertised price and in no way restricts or relates to the actual sale of any item. This policy is applicable to all forms of advertising including catalogs, mailings, consumer expo/shows, internet and any other electronic media. This policy relates equally to all Sparrow Product Development dealers. Retailers who advertise a related product for sale below the MAP, shall have all pending orders suspended without further notice. All decisions under this policy will be made and enforced by Sparrow Product Development unilaterally and no warnings will be given. This policy may be modified by Sparrow Product Development from time to time. Sparrow Product Development does not seek, nor will it accept any agreement or understanding with respect to the prices you may advertise or charge at any time.
Logo Use and Brand Name Requirements
In order to build the Sparrow Dynamics brand image and reputation for quality products, Sparrow Product Development requires dealers to display our approved logo artwork and brand name near product instances in print and digital ads, catalogs, websites, etc.
No Resale to Third Parties
Retailer agrees NOT to sell products of Sparrow Product Development, Inc. to or through any third parties including, but not limited to, other dealers or retailers, on-line auctions, and online marketplaces/stores such as eBay and Amazon. Sparrow Product Development strictly enforces this policy prohibiting resale of products to third parties and will suspend all pending orders from retailers immediately for violation of this policy.
Sparrow Product Development End User Product Warranty
Sparrow Product Development, Inc. guarantees its Sparrow Dynamics brand products for one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers the product for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. If the product ever fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material defect, then Sparrow Product Development will repair or replace with like product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, sun damage or the natural breakdown of colors and material over time. To make warranty claim, End User must work with Sparrow Product Development directly for warranty claims, service, and returns.
