SHIPPING POLICY

Sparrow Dynamics™ is a brand identity solely owned and operated by Sparrow Product Development, Inc. (aka “SPD”). The following information applies to all products SPD offers under the Sparrow Dynamics Brand (“products” or “our products”).

Shipping:

We will select the shipper unless a reasonable alternative is requested. We ship USPS, so we are able to ship to P.O. boxes (except California due to AB1263). For shipping to your local FFL, we will not be responsible for bounced back shipments, due to the FFL rejecting it, or the incorrect address. In the "ship to" address, please use your name in the name fields, then their FFL business name in the company field. We will look them up and verify their valid FFL.

Backorders:

Occasionally products may be on back order. If a purchased item is on back order, you will be advised accordingly. We will then ship the in-stock item, and ship the backordered item as soon as it becomes available. If applicable, shipping charges will be applied to all shipments. At this time, our website will not accept backorders. If the product is out of stock, it will not let you add the item to the cart.
