Sparrow Dynamics™ is a brand identity solely owned and operated by Sparrow Product Development, Inc. (aka “SPD”). The following information applies to all products SPD offers under the Sparrow Dynamics Brand (“products” or “our products”).

We are here for you and many things can be rectified with a quick call or email. We would appreciate that opportunity to “make it right” before you just pack up your items and ship them back. A quick call or email also gives us the opportunity to learn about our products and how to serve you better. With that being said, we completely understand that some products don’t work for everyone; therefore, we have a Hassle-Free Return Policy.

Returning Products for a Refund:

Our Hassle-Free Return Policy allows you to return product up to 30 days after the original purchase date with the original packaging and a copy of the order confirmation email or packing slip. Only items that have been purchased directly from Sparrow Dynamics can be returned to Sparrow Dynamics. Our products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. If there was an issue with your order, such as an item was missing, damaged, manufactured wrong, or you received incorrect product please contact us so we can make it right. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return. In most cases you will receive your refund in the original form of payment. PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping costs/charges are non-refundable. We highly recommend using tracked shipping. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We hope to build trust with you and create a relationship for the long term.

To ensure a successful return, please follow these steps...

  1. Pack your product well so it doesn’t get damaged during shipping.
  2. Include a copy of the receipt or packing list with order number on it.
  3. Address the package to...

  4. Ship it using a carrier that provides you a tracking number.
  5. Track the package.
  6. We will refund the original form of payment minus any original shipping costs/charges and send you a confirmation email (watch your spam folder) typically within 14 business days.

Returning Defective Products:

All products proved to Manufacturer's satisfaction to have been defective at time of shipment may be returned within 30 days of shipment date. Merchandise will either be replaced, repaired, or the value of the product issued for credit. At our discretion, we will reimburse shipping and handling charges related to the return and exchange of defective products. Please contact us for return services and further instructions.

Returning Products Under Warranty:

All products SPD offers under the Sparrow Dynamics Brand are warranted for one year against all defects in workmanship and materials arising under normal usage. Please see our Product Warranty page for complete details; please contact us for return services and further instructions.
